Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician! You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Assist in the maintenance of servers and network equipment.
  • Identify recurring issues and work on long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate on team projects to improve IT processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on support metrics and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
