Structural Engineer

Job Description

As a Structural Engineer in our Pretoria office, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and successful execution of structural projects. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong technical capabilities and an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, bringing concepts to life through robust designs.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for various building projects.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate design concepts.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor structural integrity during construction.
• Prepare engineering reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate design risks associated with projects.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional registration with ECSA preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
