As an IT Support Technician in Durban, you will play a critical role in our IT department, providing first-class support to our staff. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, enhancing user experience, and maintaining all IT equipment. Successful candidates will be proactive and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring that all users receive timely and efficient support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of IT systems.
• Ensure all software is up to date and licensed.
• Provide support for video conferencing and presentation systems.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
• Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in a technical support role
