UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will be an integral part of our design process at Leading UX Design Firm in Cape Town. You will work to understand the user journey, create wireframes, and collaborate with developers to implement your designs while ensuring that user satisfaction remains a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to drive innovation and gather input on design projects from stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and improve user engagement metrics.
• Assist with the creation of presentations for stakeholders to convey design processes and outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and interns to promote growth and learning within the team.
