Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
• Maintain and monitor IT equipment including servers and networks.
• Assist in the configuration and installation of IT systems.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Manage inventory of IT assets and supplies.
• Train users on new technologies and applications.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical certifications or diploma

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role

Languages

• English: Fluent
