SOC Analyst

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and threat detection to protect our information assets. You will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating security threats while contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with incident response teams to handle security breaches.
• Maintain documentation of security incidents and resolutions.
• Assist in security audits and compliance efforts.
• Contribute to vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
• Participate in cybersecurity training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a security operations role
