Responsibilities

• Lead participant recruitment efforts, ensuring target enrollment is met.
• Ensure all clinical trial activities are executed as per protocol.
• Prepare and manage budgets for clinical trials.
• Work closely with ethics committees to maintain compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on clinical protocols.
• Attend investigational new drug meetings and provide updates.
• Act as the primary liaison between sponsor and research site.
• Monitor trials to identify and address issues proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, with coordinator responsibilities
