We are searching for a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation for our software products, ensuring that users can easily understand and utilize our technologies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather information and produce high-quality user manuals, guides, and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce clear and engaging documentation for software products and services.
• Conduct user research to understand documentation needs and preferences.
• Participate in product development meetings to provide documentation insights.
• Create templates and tools to help streamline documentation processes.
• Ensure all documentation meets branding and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing
