Responsibilities

• Establish performance benchmarks and training milestones.
• Implement innovative coaching techniques to enhance skills.
• Schedule and lead community outreach events and sports clinics.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated.
• Advocate for athlete welfare and academic balance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Coaching or Kinesiology
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience coaching at competitive levels

Technical Skills

• Strength and Conditioning
• Team Strategy Development

Soft Skills

• Motivational Skills
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• National Coaching Certification Program
• CPR and AED Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in multiple sports: Capability in coaching various sports disciplines.
• Experience in organizing sports events: Past experience in coordinating sports competitions and events.
