The Show Worker is essential in assisting with the production and execution of live events. You will be involved in setting up and dismantling equipment, ensuring smooth operations during events, and maintaining the workplace's cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Set up sound and lighting equipment for events, ensuring optimal functionality.
Dismantle equipment post-event and store it properly.
Assist in training new team members on equipment handling.
Work closely with stage managers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
Manage inventory of equipment and report any damage or missing items.
Exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing event requirements.
Provide on-the-spot problem solving during live events.
Collaborate with other teams such as décor and catering to ensure a cohesive event experience.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in event production preferred
Experience
1-3 years of hands-on experience with live events.
