• Ensure timely reporting of financial performance.
• Manage payroll processes and related expenses.
• Implement and maintain accounting software.
• Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance.
• Assist in preparing presentations for financial reviews.
• Monitor expenses and suggest improvements.
• Review financial policies and suggest changes.
• Support financial operations in various projects.
• Communicate financial information to non-financial staff.
• Help create financial literacy programs for employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar accounting role

Technical Skills

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Advanced Excel Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Financial Modelling: Ability to create financial models to analyze business operations.
• Previous experience in auditing: Experience working with or in auditing firms is beneficial.
