Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Manager to oversee the development and implementation of educational programs for students with special needs. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure inclusive practices and optimal outcomes for all students.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the special education team in creating and adapting educational programs.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform student programming.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines in special education.
  • Cultivate relationships with parents, ensuring they are included in the educational process.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on special needs education.
  • Act as a liaison between the school and external agencies for additional support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in special education or related roles
