QA Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled QA Engineer who will be integral to our testing team. This role requires strong attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products.

Responsibilities

• Implement testing strategies that ensure optimal software performance.
• Evaluate, select, and implement test automation tools.
• Mentor and lead projects within the QA team.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on testing results.
• Participate in peer reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to enhance product development processes.
• Drive the adoption of a culture of quality within the organization.
• Assist product owners in defining acceptance criteria.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in QA or testing preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles
