QA Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled QA Engineer who will be integral to our testing team. This role requires strong attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products.

Responsibilities

• Design test cases based on user requirements and functionality.
• Conduct performance and load testing to measure system efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate a collaborative testing environment.
• Utilize test management tools to maintain clear records of test processes.
• Assist in production go-lives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate test automation tools and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to the creation of a testing framework.
• Provide insights during project planning regarding the quality aspects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in QA or testing preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles
