We are searching for a compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal health and welfare while supporting veterinarians during examinations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance during medical procedures and surgeries.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team on patient care plans.
• Educate pet owners about nutrition and exercise needs.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Assist in obtaining and processing laboratory samples.
• Participate in the training of junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Veterinary Technology

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting is preferred
