Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician, where you will be tasked with resolving technical issues and providing system updates in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for clients in need of IT assistance, making your role pivotal to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling user requests.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Perform regular software updates and security patches.
• Document all support activities and user interactions.
• Provide remote assistance as required.
• Help manage the IT inventory and order supplies.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and solutions.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and project planning.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or IT
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience providing IT support

Technical Skills

• ITIL Framework

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
