Join our Durban team as a Quality Assurance Analyst and help uphold our reputation for quality. You'll work closely with developers to understand requirements and design test cases that ensure our products perform as expected. Your insights will drive quality improvements across our applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute useful test strategies and test cases based on requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor system performance and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of testing tools and processes.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms.
• Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
