Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst who will play a key role in our financial planning and analysis department. You will be tasked with budget forecasting, financial modeling, and regular reporting to provide clarity on financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted versus actual financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Support in developing financial models to aid in decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

Advantageous

• Experience with BI tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL: Understanding of SQL for querying databases and financial reporting.
