Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and tools for analysis.
• Work with teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting needs.
• Conduct financial ratio analysis and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist with the preparation of departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Provide ongoing support and training to team members on financial processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Assist in project financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure sound financial practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst role

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis
• SAP or Oracle Financial Systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Leadership

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

Languages

• English: Fluent
