We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, providing insights that drive strategic decisions, and helping to shape the company’s data strategy. Your expertise will contribute to transforming data into actionable intelligence, enabling us to better understand our customers and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analysis procedures and protocols.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights.
• Prepare and deliver data presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate existing data and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in data governance and compliance activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Computer Science
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related field

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate
• Data Science Certification from an accredited institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
