Job Description

As a Project Manager in Cape Town, you will lead project teams, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate resources effectively to achieve project objectives. Your leadership skills will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. We expect you to be proactive in risk management and to mitigate issues before they affect project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and highest standards are upheld in project deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify preventive measures.
• Track and report financial performance and project milestones.
• Advocate for continuous improvement within project processes.
• Support team development through mentoring and coaching.
• Document project lessons learned for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related role

Certifications
