We are seeking a dynamic Technical Writer to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for creating clear and user-friendly documentation that supports our products. The ideal candidate should have a knack for translating complex ideas into accessible content, ensuring our users have the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed user manuals and online help resources for technical products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure that documentation is consistent with company branding and style guidelines.
• Participate in product review meetings to stay updated on product features and timelines.
• Evaluate and improve existing documentation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• Certification in Technical Writing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation
