As an integral part of our marketing team, the SEO Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint. The successful applicant will be responsible for SEO audits, backlink building, site analysis, and monitoring competitors' SEO strategies in the Johannesburg area. Your insights will assist in shaping our online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute link-building strategies aimed at increasing domain authority.
• Perform regular audits on the website's performance and SEO effectiveness.
• Create high-quality content optimized for SEO purposes.
• Utilize local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in the Johannesburg area.
• Leverage social media platforms to increase content reach and enhance SEO efforts.
• Analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to improve site navigation and user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing
