• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and ensure successful completion.
• Meet with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and provide progress reports.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry
