Seeking a passionate E-commerce Manager to join our team in Durban. You’ll be responsible for managing our online marketplace, improving user experience, and increasing conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing, and a creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute e-commerce plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product availability and customer service.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and user journey analysis.
• Facilitate training sessions to keep the team updated on new e-commerce tools and trends.
• Work with customer service to address online customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing preferred

Experience

• Proven track record of 5+ years in e-commerce management.

• CRM Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Languages

• English: Fluent
