We are on the lookout for a talented Interior Designer with a flair for creativity and a passion for transforming spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs that meet client expectations while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces in alignment with client expectations.
• Research and recommend sustainable materials and practices.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding space planning and utilization.
• Draft design proposals and presentations for client review.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate design aspects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of professional interior design experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Project Management Tools

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
