Responsibilities

Participate in on-call support rotation.
Facilitate user account management and permissions.
Develop and maintain user documentation and guidelines.
Assist with IT policy implementation and compliance.
Identify opportunities for improving IT support processes.
Advantageous
Experience with VoIP systems: Knowledge of VoIP technology for effective communication solutions.
