Responsibilities

• Research and develop new chemical production techniques.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
• Implement process control systems to monitor production metrics.
• Work with R&D to transition new products from concept to manufacturing.
• Lead root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades or changes.
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking of project costs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation regarding project progress.
