Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner at Healthcare Adventures, you will deliver high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat health conditions, and promote health education. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients in our community.

Responsibilities

• Initiate treatment plans and follow-up care for patients.
• Counsel patients about lifestyle changes and health improvements.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Serve as a patient advocate within the healthcare system.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Educate patients on medication management and side effects.
• Engage in continuous education to enhance nursing skills.
• Provide support to patients and families during health crises.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Specialization in Family Practice preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in nursing roles

Certifications

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification
• CPR Certification
