Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group and individual therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to measure progress.
  • Provide support and resources to clients in crisis.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
  • Engage with community organizations for holistic treatment integration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology is highly preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling
