Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Auditor to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proven experience in auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits for various clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and review audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve any audit-related issues and queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
• Assist in the development of audit plans and strategies.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Previous experience in financial consulting: Experience in providing financial insights and advice to clients.
