We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and reliability through comprehensive testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify, record, and resolve defects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor software performance and report anomalies promptly.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and review defect management processes.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications in software testing are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Creative Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud-based Testing: Familiarity with testing applications hosted in cloud environments.
