Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
• Manage stakeholder communication and address their concerns and needs.
• Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• MS Office Suite

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
