Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to both internal teams and clients. Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user issues promptly.
  • Configure and deploy new computer systems.
  • Ensure all hardware and software are up to date.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Train users on new applications and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff on projects.
  • Prepare technical reports as needed.
  • Participate in system upgrades and renewals.
  • Enhance overall user experience through effective solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
