Responsibilities

• Utilize differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Build a nurturing and encouraging classroom environment.
• Engage in community outreach programs to enhance student learning.
• Incorporate cultural diversity into the curriculum and classroom activities.
• Evaluate educational materials and recommend changes as necessary.
• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
• Interface with school management to align goals and practices.
• Chair a subject committee or activity group, fostering leadership skills.
• Assist with the transition of students to secondary education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
• Specialisation in Early Childhood Education is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years professional teaching experience preferred

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
