Job Description

The Second Time Worker will perform various administrative and customer service tasks with a focus on efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of industry software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and directing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
