In the Investment Banker position, you will provide strategic financial advice to clients, drive key transactions, and enhance investment strategies. Your goal will be to lead high-stakes financial negotiations and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling for valuation and deal structuring.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Assist in closing transactions by coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
• Provide post-deal support including monitoring performance and reporting.
• Conduct research on industry trends to inform investment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics preferred

Experience

• 5 years of investment banking experience with direct client interaction
