Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead projects successfully in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. You will be responsible for overseeing every stage of project development, from initiation through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project goals and objectives in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of project requirements and constraints.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout project cycles.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.
  • Encourage and facilitate open communication and feedback loops both internally and externally.
  • Plan for project sustainability and transition post-delivery.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and expectation setting.
  • Leverage project management tools for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Create a culture of accountability and focus on results.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a related industry
