Job Description

We're searching for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will provide hardware and software support to our clients, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless IT operations. Must have a knack for troubleshooting and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site and remotely.
  • Install and update software applications as needed.
  • Ensure regular backup and recovery of critical data.
  • Address IT queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
