UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join our team as a UX/UI Designer where you will make a significant impact on our digital products. We need someone who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful design and user research, combining creativity with technical proficiency to enhance user interactions and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define user experience strategy based on user insights.
• Produce high-quality designs for web and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with developers to facilitate smooth implementation of designs.
• Create user journey maps to visualize user interactions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Develop user personas to guide design processes.
• Review and refine existing designs based on user testing results.
• Provide design support to marketing and other teams as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio of design projects

Certifications

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile development environments: Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
