Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure of our company. You will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure that all IT systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to user support requests via email and phone.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of hardware failure and security breaches.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is maintained to the company's standards.
  • Support the roll-out of new software and updates.
  • Manage inventory for IT-related equipment and report shortages.
  • Assist in creating operational procedures for IT support.
  • Deliver technical support training to new staff members.
  • Document resolved issues for future reference.
  • Maintain compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
