We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will play a critical role in designing, testing, and improving aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace engineering and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace systems and components.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline systems integration.
• Prepare documentation and reports detailing design processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing process.
• Implement solutions for enhancing performance and reliability of products.
• Engage in research and development of new aerospace technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in an aerospace context

Technical Skills

• ANSYS
• Matlab

• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
