We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will play a critical role in designing, testing, and improving aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace engineering and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineers are expected to participate in flight simulations and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure effective communication with project stakeholders regarding progress.
• Develop innovative solutions to resolve engineering challenges.
• Remain abreast of advancements in aerospace engineering and integrate them into projects.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in an aerospace context

Technical Skills

• ANSYS
• Matlab

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with aviation safety regulations: Thorough knowledge of safety standards and practices in aviation.
