Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Aerospace Engineer based in Cape Town to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing aerospace systems and structures, contributing to cutting-edge projects aimed at enhancing flight safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development initiatives for new aerospace technologies.
  • Analyze project requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed specifications for designs.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Contribute to project schedules and timelines.
  • Support periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance and quality.
  • Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise during projects.
  • Conduct field tests to evaluate and refine aerospace systems.
  • Create and execute validation and verification plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering

  • CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
