• Schedule and oversee transportation logistics for products.
• Coordinate with various departments to align transportation needs.
• Track all shipping activities and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports on transportation performance and metrics.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Review and analyze transportation contracts and negotiate with carriers.
• Implement procedures to improve the efficiency of the transportation process.
• Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Logistics Management Software Proficient in using logistics management systems for scheduling and tracking.
• Microsoft Office Suite Expert in Excel and other Office tools for reporting and analysis.
• Effective Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)
