Job Description

As a Clinical Pharmacist with us in Durban, you will ensure optimal medication management and safety for our patients. This role involves collaborating closely with the medical team and conducting medication reviews to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and adjustments.
• Implement clinical protocols for medication therapy management.
• Communicate effectively with patients about treatment plans.
• Record and analyze medication-related problems to improve care.
• Provide training and support to pharmacy interns and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Post-graduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
