Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our staff, resolving technical issues, and ensuring all IT systems are fully operational. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to IT support requests and issues.
  • Assist with user account management including setup and access.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software.
  • Provide guidance to users on IT policies and procedures.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience

  • Linux Operating Systems

Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
