This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, document business processes, and identify areas for improvement. Candidates with experience in IT project management and a strong analytical mindset will excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of users on new systems.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for business process improvement.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT project management

Certifications

• Certified Agile Business Analyst (CABA)
• Six Sigma Certification is advantageous
