• Mentor junior engineers in best practices and new developments in the field.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering focused on infrastructure projects

• Civil 3D

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Sustainable Engineering Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

• Strong networking and negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and establish strong supplier relationships.
