Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues.
  • Resolve hardware and software malfunctions, including troubleshooting.
  • Assist with network and server maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Perform system installations and configuration.
  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Work on special projects as needed to improve IT services.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
