• Work on adaptations of designs for various body types and sizes.
• Develop and refine product specifications for mass production.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in the creation of fashion illustrations and mood boards.
• Maintain organized records of design processes and decisions.
• Coordinate fittings and ensure garments meet quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising is a plus
• Professional qualifications in fashion design are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of fashion design experience, preferably in a retail environment
