This role involves collaborating with educators to enhance curriculum delivery, implement training programs, and assess educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations and focus groups to gather insights into educational challenges.
• Generate reports and recommendations to assist institutions in making informed decisions.
• Support the development of customized learning plans for students and educators.
• Promote collaborative environments that enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Stay updated on educational trends to provide relevant and current advice.
• Act as a mentor to new educators and assist in integrating them into the school culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree in Educational Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of success in educational improvement roles
